                            Julie B. Hill
Julie has worked within the Beauty Industry for over 25 years. The  majority of her career has been within the Aveda Network. She had  the good fortune of working with Horst Rechelbacher, founder of Aveda Corporation and Intelligent Nutrients, in the early years of Aveda's development.

She started with the company as an Instructor for the Education Center. Horst encouraged Julie to start giving speeches to "Inspire the students to reach their full potential." In time, Julie's positions expanded and she became an Aveda National Recruiter and a National Sales Trainer. She also worked in a Multi-Million Dollar a year Aveda focused salon as a Salon/Spa Manager.

For a few years Julie branched into Radio Advertising with Salem Communications.  She helped clients with business growth strategies on-air and on-line. Her passion for health and wellness issues led her to  Co-Produce and Co-Host a radio show "Inspired Talk on Aging and Wellness."

Julie is an active Board Member with Sol-Inspirations which focuses on Eco-Fashion, and is a Master Recycler/Composter through Dakota County.  She strives to help the less fortunate through various volunteer programs.

                      Co-owner
        Vitalia Bryn-Pundyk, M.Ed/DTM
As an active member of the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International, Vitalia is recognized as a DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) and is an award-winning international speaker, author, and success coach, who has worked with many businesses in a wide array of industries across the U.S. and Canada.

Vitalia has competed in beauty pageants and scholarship programs since she dreamed of becoming “Miss America” at age 7 and boasts a long list of accomplishments.   She won numerous children’s and teen pageants before winning the titles of Miss Coon Rapids and Miss Congeniality, and placed as a top ten semi-finalist in the 1990 Miss Minnesota Scholarship Pageant.

From 1991-2000, Vitalia’s parents were state directors for the Miss Teen of America Scholarship Programs in the following states: Arkansas, Connecticut, Kentucky, North Carolina, North Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. With her family working in the business, Vitalia has had a lot of experience coaching, emceeing, and choreographing programs for young teens, and has helped them to discover that there is more value to who they are than just external beauty.

Although Vitalia has been involved for many years in the pageant business, audiences from all backgrounds relate to Vitalia and her positive message about beauty coming from the inside.  “Real” beauty is heart-centered. It comes from being authentic. It comes from being your true self. It comes from placing a higher self value. This is a message coming from someone who was once knock-need and had to wear corrective shoes as a child in elementary school, struggled with severe acne as a young teen, had to wear braces to correct a crooked tooth and a severe overbite, was taunted by kids on the playground for being multi-lingual and having an unusual name, and has struggled life-long with her own weight issues.

Vitalia’s experience in both, the beauty pageant industry as well as the “real world”  (as she puts it), in leadership, communication, and the sales training industry, has enabled her to develop a unique blend of keynotes and training programs that consistently result in having a dramatic and positive impact. That impact comes in the form of increased self-confidence and achievement of personal goals. She offers high-content, interactive beauty, fashion, health, and wellness programs that are filled with fun, humor and inspirational moments. Her energy, experience, and enthusiasm, motivates audiences to:
imagine… dream… and transform!
